  • Pork Roast
  • Small potatoes
  • 1-2 Yellow Onion
  • Celery
  • Cream of Mushroom and Garlic Soup 10 3/4 oz
  • Carrots
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • Whole Mushrooms
  • Baby Corn
  • Seasoning (Use beef strog seasoning)
  • 1 cup salt
  • 1/4 cup black pepper
  • 1/4 cup garlic powder


  1. Spray a pan with no stick spray
  2. Generously rub in seasoning on 3 sides of the roast
  3. Brown the 3 sides in the pan and rub in seasoning on the last side
  4. Meanwhile prepare veggies, half the potatoes/leave smaller ones whole. Cut onion in to large chunks, cut carrots and celery in to chunks
  5. Pour 1/2 cup of water in to crock pot
  6. After all sides of roast are browned, place in crock pot on high
  7. Cut slits in the roast and add garlic in to the slits
  8. Arrange veggies around roast
  9. Cover and let cook for about 2 hours, make sure water levels remain good
  10. Take some juice from the crock pot and add to frying pan
  11. Use something to scrape up the yummy steak stuff stuck to the pan while heating
  12. Add soup to frying pan
  13. Mix until soup is consistent
  14. Add mixture to crock pot
  15. Wait about 2 more hours
  16. Test potatoes and carrots
  17. Cut into the roast to ensure it's cooked
  18. Add corn starch for better gravy
