Chinese chicken Casserole:


  • 1/2 tsp Chicken Boujon
  • 1 can cream of garlic mushroom
  • 1 tbs minced onion
  • 1/2 package of chow mein noodles uncooked
  • 1/3 cup of hot water
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • Garlic
  • Sliced Mushrooms


  1. If you want the chicken to be good, use Ashley's method for a better life
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°
  3. Butter bottom of Casserole dish
  4. Dice garlic, slice mushrooms, slice onions
  5. Sautee mushrooms, garlic, onion, etc
  6. Dissolve boujon in hot water in medium bowl/dish
  7. Mix in veggies, chicken, minced onion, cashews, soup
  8. Carefully add the noodles to the mixture so they are covered
  9. Place noodles on butter bed in casserole dish
  10. Add the mixture to the top
  11. Make sure noodles are covered so they are able to absorb and get soft
  12. Bake for 30 min
